How to Send Notifications to Customers
You can send notifications to all of your customers who are connected to your shop's loyalty program and have installed the Loyalty Ocean App.
In the back office in the ‘Customers’ menu, click ‘Notification’.
Choose a background picture, give your notification a subject, and type your message, up to 255 symbols long.
You will see how your message will look on the Android and iOS devices.
Customers will see your message as a Push-notification on their smartphone.
They may also find the message in the Loyalty Ocean App.
