How to Work with Shift History in the POS

You can view past shifts directly in the Loyverse POS app using the Shift history feature.

Accessing Shift History

Open the Loyverse POS app.

Tap the Shift button in the main menu.

‘Shift’ button

The report for the current shift will be displayed.

Tap the History icon to open the list of previous shifts.


Viewing Shift Details

The shift history list shows only the shifts created on the current POS device.

If a shift contains events that have not yet been synchronized (such as shift opening, closing, pay-ins, or payouts), it will be marked as Unsynced.


Tap any shift in the list to view its detailed report.
To print the shift report, tap the Print icon (a receipt printer must be configured in the POS app).

Access Rights

Viewing shift history is available only to employees who have the View shift report access right enabled.
