Shift Management in Loyverse POS

The Shifts feature helps businesses track cash activity during a working period. It records opening cash amounts, pay ins, pay outs, cash sales, refunds, and closing balances. Shift reports are stored in the Back Office for review and control.

Switch on ‘Shifts’

Enable the Shifts option.

5. Restricting Access to Expected Cash Amount

In the Back Office, go to Employees → Access rights.

‘View shift report’ option at the access rights

Disable View shift report.

Save the changes.

After this, cashiers will only see the Actual cash amount field when closing the shift.
