How to Delete Test Sales

If you have finished testing mode we can delete all the receipts in your account. Please  write specifically to from the business owner's email.

When this is done, please also let us know on chat and our support team will delete receipts according to the request within a few hours.  

For the next time, you will need to use refund.  While it won't remove a sale  from your history, refunding the transaction will balance your books. You can check out help for details on how to process refund.
