How to Delete Test Sales

If you have finished testing mode we can delete all the receipts in your account. Please  write specifically to delete@loyverse.com from the business owner's email.

When this is done, please also let us know on chat and our support team will delete receipts according to the request within a few hours.  

For the next time, you will need to use refund.  While it won't remove a sale  from your history, refunding the transaction will balance your books. You can check out help for details on how to process refund.
