How to Delete Test Sales

If you have finished testing, we can delete all the receipts in your account. Please write specifically to delete@loyverse.com with the subject "Delete All My Receipts" from the account owner's email.
Our support team will delete them within 24 hours upon request.

NOTE! This request will delete all your existing receipts in all stores on all POS.

For the next time, you will need to make refunds. While it will not remove sales from your history, refunding the transactions will balance your books.
